If you choose a new Kona N Line or Limited model, you'll be rewarded with a sportier 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 195-horsepower and 195 pounds-feet of torque, all without hardly sacrificing any fuel economy.
Front-wheel drive comes standard on most models and will provide you with the highest estimated fuel economy. All-wheel drive is also available on all models, providing you with more traction and control, especially when facing bad weather or terrain around Houston. The standard engine is paired with an automatic transmission, while the sporter turbocharged engine gets a 7-speed automatic dual-clutch transmission that provides you with quicker shifting for a more engaging performance.
Design
On the outside, the new Hyundai Kona has all-new standout styling. All models are larger than before, offering more space for rear passengers and cargo. All models have LED headlights, chiseled body lines, numerous color options, and more. Inside, you can enjoy comfortable seating for five with an extra 25.5 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row for all your storage needs. You can also fold down the rear seats and utilize up to 63.7 cubic feet of maximum cargo space. Cloth upholstery is standard, but leather upholstery is available on many models for greater comfort.
